GreenLight HPS laser
GreenLight HPS laser is a relatively new laser which has revolutionised the treatment of benign prostate enlargement, or BPH.
The earlier Greenlight PVP equipment was powered at 80 watts and had a downside of a relatively slow operating speed for large prostates and that took away the interest of urological surgeons from using this technique more often. The new GreenLight High Performance System (HPS) is powered at 120 watts and is rapidly approaching “Gold Standard” status for the management of BPH.
