This is actual video footage of Dr Santoshi Nagaonkar using GreenLight HPS to treat benign prostate enlargement at the Endo Urology Centre, Taree. The footage was recorded in 2009.
The procedure took approximately 40 minutes; this video is an edited compilation of around 1 minute 40 seconds. The video begins by showing the opening of the patient’s urinary bladder quite obstructed by the lobes of the enlarged prostate. You will see Dr Nagaonkar using the GreenLight instrument to clear an opening in this blockage.
